The final Eagles show at The Sphere Las Vegas is Show 64 on November 28, 2026. This is expected to be the Eagles' final performance of any kind. Don Henley confirmed in a February 2026 interview that this year would probably be it, and the band released a statement saying "the time has come for us to close the circle."
The Show & Setlist
The show is split into two parts. Part one covers classic hits including Take It Easy, Peaceful Easy Feeling, Witchy Woman, Lyin' Eyes, One of These Nights, Life in the Fast Lane, Heartache Tonight, and Desperado. Part two is the full Hotel California album from start to finish. See the full reported setlist here. Minor variations may occur from night to night.
The Eagles show at The Sphere runs approximately 2.5 hours with no opening act. The show starts at 8:30 PM and typically ends between 11:00 and 11:15 PM. There is a brief intermission between part one and part two.
Yes. The full Hotel California album is performed in part two of every show, from the opening title track through to The Last Resort. The Sphere's wraparound LED display runs custom visuals throughout the entire second half. This is the core of the show and what makes the Sphere venue uniquely suited to the performance.
No. There is no opening act at the Eagles Long Goodbye show at The Sphere. The full show is the Eagles performing for approximately 2.5 hours. Doors open around 7:00 PM for the 8:30 PM start.
The 2026 Eagles lineup is Don Henley (drums and lead vocals), Joe Walsh (lead guitar and vocals), Vince Gill (guitar and vocals), Deacon Frey (guitar and vocals), and Timothy B. Schmit (bass and vocals). Glenn Frey, the band's co-founder, passed away in January 2016. Vince Gill and Deacon Frey joined the lineup in 2017. See the full band member profiles here.
The Venue
The Sphere is located at 255 Sands Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89169, adjacent to the Venetian Resort on the Las Vegas Strip. It is accessible on foot from the Venetian via an interior walkway, or via rideshare dropping off on Koval Lane. See the full Sphere venue guide for directions and transport details.
The Sphere does not have its own dedicated parking structure. The closest option is the Venetian Resort parking garage, connected to The Sphere through the resort. Paid surface lots are available nearby on Koval Lane. Rideshare is the most popular option — Uber and Lyft both use Koval Lane as the designated Eagles show drop-off zone. Post-show pickup times can be 30 to 45 minutes, so request your ride as soon as you exit.
The Sphere enforces a strict clear bag policy. Permitted bags are clear plastic or vinyl bags no larger than 12 x 6 x 12 inches, or small clutch bags no larger than 4.5 x 6.5 inches. Backpacks, large purses, and non-transparent bags are not allowed. All bags are screened at entry. Verify the current policy on The Sphere's official site before your visit, as rules can be updated.
Plan to arrive at The Sphere by 7:30 PM for an 8:30 PM show. Doors open at approximately 7:00 PM. Security lines on show nights can take 20 to 30 minutes to clear. If you are driving and using the Venetian garage, arriving by 6:30 PM is a safer target for parking. Give yourself time to find your section and get settled before showtime.
The Sphere holds approximately 18,000 seated guests for concert events. The seating is arranged in a tiered bowl configuration surrounding the center stage. Because the LED display wraps fully around the interior, every seat has a view of the screen. For seating layout details, see the Sphere venue guide.
Planning Your Visit
All three remaining weekends feature the same production and setlist. The September 18-19 weekend is the warmest, with Las Vegas highs around 85-90°F. The November 13-14 weekend offers cooler, more comfortable weather around 65-70°F. November 27-28 is Thanksgiving weekend — higher hotel demand and higher prices, but November 28 is the literal final Eagles show. Book hotels early if you're going that weekend. See the full weekend comparison on the schedule page.
The Venetian Resort is the closest hotel, connected to The Sphere internally. Other walkable options include the Wynn and Encore, both within 10 minutes on foot. For budget options, Harrah's, The LINQ, and Flamingo are about 15 to 20 minutes south on the Strip — a short rideshare ride. For November 27-28, book accommodations as early as possible. Thanksgiving weekend in Las Vegas fills up well in advance and rates are higher across the board.
Based on statements from Don Henley and the band, yes. Henley told CBS Sunday Morning in February 2026 "I think this year will probably be it." The band released a public statement saying: "Our long run has lasted far longer than any of us ever dreamed. But, everything has its time, and the time has come for us to close the circle." No future shows have been announced beyond November 28, 2026.
